Almost nothing! You just have to book flight and accommodations (that you will receive in 2 days if you have bought a Premium or Top Itinerary) and relax until the departure. Absolutely not, ours is a travel advice! You can make any change you want independently or, depending on the package purchased, together with the Travel Designer who created your itinerary, by email or phone.

No bookings and no constraints! We are not a classic travel agency, in fact we leave you the full freedom to decide what to book among the indications present in the itinerary. We suggest only what we believe is most in line with your needs, providing you with more than one alternative. If you purchase a Top package, we will be at your complete disposal to book for you all the indications of our itineraries that do not require a security deposit by credit card (for example restaurants, museums, excursions, etc.)

We have a team of about 100 Travel Designers, or major Travel Designers who have visited a total of more than 500 destinations! Their experience is your guarantee of a tailor-made itinerary that truly meets your needs. The recruiting process is accurate: every Travel Designer must pass a selection process that goes from a test of drafting itinerary and an assessment of knowledge of the goals and organizational aspects, which leads to having a team made only of real travel experts. You can pay comfortably by credit card or prepaid card! We use one of the safest online payment systems, Stripe.

Sure :) We do our best to fully satisfy every request, and our happy customers prove it. Obviously, we find the best solutions based on what is concretely available, therefore some preferences may be disregarded (for example the budget) in case the request is unrealizable (do not ask us for a week in the Maldives with € 100!). Quoting a famous quote “The possible we are doing, the impossible we will try to do, for miracles we are gearing up”.

Based on the package you have chosen: for the Smart package after 15/18 days from the request; for the Premium package instead after about 7/10 days; finally for the Top package 4/6 days are necessary. The Travel Designer in charge of drafting your itinerary will study your needs in depth and will begin the search and organization of your trip trying to satisfy your requests in detail. Depending on the package purchased, you can have the Travel Designer at your complete disposal during the drafting of the itinerary, after delivery for a review, and even on site for complete assistance!
